The following pages have been developed to provide patients with answers to their billing questions, and provide them with another way in which to communicate with our office. Please be assured that online communications with our Patient Financial Services Office are secure.

However, if you would like to speak to a patient account representative, you may do so from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., EST, Monday through Thursday, or from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday by calling (269) 226-7281 or toll-free at 1-800-944-3345. Patients calling this number have the convenience of getting their account balance and payment information through our 24-hour/7-days-per-week electronic phone service. Patients may also request an itemized statement through this service.
